Pickled Fish

Ingredients:

  • Fish
  • Vinegar
  • Pickling Spices

Directions:

Put the fish in vinegar that is spiced as for pickles. Boil slowly until tender but not broken. Set away closely covered, and in a few weeks the bones will be destroyed.
